Dear Delta and TSA, you know I am a very frequent traveler and generally roll with the punches of weather and other delays pretty well. Because of my frequent flyer status I generally receive the TSA pre check which gets me through security pretty fast. Thank you.
Today, however, I checked in at Dulles and was "randomly" excused from the pre clear list, requiring me to get the full treatment. Rather annoying a s I made my way to the security line. But, when I got to the security line, I was then "randomly" selected for expedited screening. As much as I appreciate what I should have originally received, I sure wish you would explain the logic. But wait, it doesn't end there. My original flight was delayed to the point of there being no way I could make my connection so I got another flight and route on standby. My seat request card is stamped with TSA Pre check. Will I be "randomly" picked for a standby seat? Just wondering.
